Sister Bay Sports Complex - Club and League Facility Rental Request

Club and League facility rental request for the Village of Sister Bay Sports Complex. This form is specific to clubs and leagues requesting seasonal, recurring facility rentals for courts or fields. A liability insurance certificate is required for approval. Submissions are not guaranteed approvals. Requests will be reviewed and responded to in the order in which they are received. Requests are due by April 1st of the current year to receive highest priority review.
